I work for tech, you know how many over hiring they used to do. Like 7 marketers for one project, they did nothing all day. Companies are now beginning to maximize what they actually need, especially tech. FB, Amazon, Google they all fired these extras. We were living in a tech bubble where tech companies were hiring for no reason. AI is just a small tip in the iceberg.
