There is nothing funny about this at all. We already have a huge problem with accountability for war crimes. Not even the Apache pilot from the Wikileaks clip was punished, bc that happens every day anyway. What if a robot drone kills a 1000 civilians? There is no way that anybody would assume responsibility for that. They will say "those were all terrorists anyway" or "don't worry, it was a glitch. It has been repaired!"
