your rant about the banana is exactly why i see it as more art than any generative image could ever be. its mere existence brought out rage in many and had them talking about its stupidity. all a generative image could accomplish is looking at it and going "yep, an ai made that" which gets boring after the 212th time. there are many reasons to hate the banana but only like 4(?) to hate ai generated images, which is why the banana has a special place in my brain, heart, and soul
