Elon is SPED in the head AI should be regulated like anything else people can get their hands on, but does not need to be stopped. Conscious AI is no where near being a reality and I don’t know why he said that at -6:00. AI is a tool that people can use to do great and horrible things, but AI is not capable of doing these things itself.
