Sorry but try script what you are using is not convincing though u are explaining them what your ai agent can do but it's like example my shoes are more comfortable then yours.
The right way is to first contact the decision maker directly not the sales or receptionist and second tell them directly I called your company and the ivr call u are using are very outdate from which u are loosing your 40% new calls appointments . This mistake your competitors did understood the actual product and now they are closing 20% of new clients every month
