Saying "Anyone can make art" is like saying "Anyone can be a plumber" - which is just objectively false if you actually want to be any good at it. Some people have innate properties that make them more suited to some tasks than others. No matter how hard I try or how long I spend, my attempts at art look about as good as some of the stuff I had to scrape out of drains as a plumber. I spent *fifteen* *years* as a plumber and never got good at it. I was good enough to stop water pouring out of peoples walls, which was enough to keep the job in a market where nobody wants to be a plumber, but I *never* got good at it. It was too hard, and I quit to study software development. Turns out I'm amazing at software development so I am working on a project right now, with Microsoft, using AI to replace their software engineers. I am basically creating the tools that will keep me from getting a job when I graduate in a month - I'm infinitely better at programming, after only a fraction of the time I spent as a plumber, than I ever was at plumbing. There are things I can do, and there are things I can't. I can not make good art. I can not be a good plumber. No matter how much encouragement you give me, no matter how many years I spend trying because my housing, my food, my life *literally* depends on it, there are things I will never be good at. That's ok. You don't need to pretend that I can make good art. I can't even come close to what AI can make, let alone something *actually* artistic.
