If a company’s customer care is handled by AI Vs humans, lets be honest most us would choose the human option. Another argument will be human employees will make that company’s cost significantly more to operate, remember all this Ai-fication of customer handling hasn’t made any product cheaper in last 4 years if not more expensive.
