The real issue is child pornography. The AI programs pull from art and photography alike and can not distinguish when someone submits CP into the database. Worse yet, the owners of these AI programs have gone on record saying its near impossible to make their AI service "forget" a picture once it's been uploaded. If I made a paper sculpture of shredded photos of CP you would count that as unethical, so why does AI get a pass?
