INK. ERASER. PAINTS. Go INDIE even "Underground Comix" but fight for your right to get your works in RL markets and major stores without huge compromise or bad royalties. It's a fight and not "Fashionably Radical" vs rioting for Gender Neutral toys but a fight worth it. But make stuff WORTH paying for and arguing to get on shelves even if NOT Digital/AI... Llllurrrn tu draw with pencil and paper. Fill one of those canson sketchbooks with practice sketches. Learn to draw, ink, erase. Oh and try "Joony Art" - I can't count how many "Pros" can't do a background even with fancy digital art - they get stock images and run a painter/art filter in photoshop. But they scream about Ai? Even as disgusting as you've all been really this last decade but worst the 2 years of public AI art when your "Automation Proof" niche vanished I'd still be for a thriving art world - BUT 1 - Has to start ANALOG - there needs to be a piece of PAPER with INK on it. You can color in the computer - even "Waterproof" ink loves to bleed so viciously even when you think its dried... 2 - NO direct tracing over your Cintiq monitor - you can use 3D models but LOOK at them and DRAW them. 3 - INDIE art - I'm not going to buy the 95th "Bat Mutant" regurgitation. Make your own art, it doesn't have to be perfect but it needs to be good to look at. Make your own stories. Put in stuff AI (if public) is conditioned to reject like Underground Comix and Boobz and Sx... Think Bode for example... The cool thing is you don't have to be 'perfect' anymore. That's what the camera freed and AI again. Anyone wants perfect they go for 3DCG and AI. You'll have your own style and find a niche - and we need to break up these huge monopolies that can ONLY chew up and regurgitate the same mainstream trash.
