Runway is not creating something "net-new" it's making a targeted mashup of things in it's training data. If you prompted Runway AI to create something that it doesn't have at least one example of in it's training data, then it would not be possible for it to create that thing. A human however, could create something you describe to them but they haven't directly seen themselves. That's the difference.
