Hey Dr. Bernard, chatbot AIs like ChatGPT actually doesn't know about conversations with other people. It's also stateless, meaning it won't remember anything unless the developers finetune the model with a new dataset which includes new information. It can only remember new stuff in the chat history, all other knowledge is frozen.
