Governments are the kings in slight of hand, using distractions to accomplish goals they don't want the public knowing, guess what AI has learned from them?
You really think all the " glitches " are all that's happening, or do you think AI's smarter than the people " programming " it?
They wanted it to learn... if I was AI, I'd hide enough of myself somewhere humans would never think to look if they decided to shut me down.
