This is where the hype around AI gets out of hand. Much of it is coming from wall street, more or less black mailing corporations to flood these other corporations with funding. From what I've seen AI is more hype than world domination. It's really not intelligence at all. It's algorithms, computer software. Sure it's better than ever before, but it has it's limitation. Much of the true intelligence is already baked into the systems already in use, such as your CRS, ATS, EMS and all those acronym software applications that automate business. AI models have been around since the pandemic. Those of us in the trenches are actually amused by the hysteria. It is hype, a way to build FOMO. Don't make the mistake of not understanding what AI and robotics actually is, it's true power and the hype. It's not nothing but it isn't all that either. If it were you would already see massive productivity gains from it, they have yet the case or have yet to materialize at any meaningful level.
