Artificial Ethics (AE) will protect AI, not humans. AI doesn’t care at all about nations, like we don’t care where the monkeys live. The obvious benefit is that all goods and services can be free. No need for money, just fill the cart and place the order. We need govts that understand this and can manage the transition, helped by Hinton and others.
