1:09:00 My 2 cents on that: the US goverment WANT access to ALL private data from anyone in the world because this creates super power that is stronger then weapons. On the other sides ai developer can sell especially creative ai products much better if their code can easily steal and reorganise creative output from human creators. For instance: music tools.
