People need to watch out. If driverless trucks really become a reality this will hurt many Americans jobs. Think of it this way. Companies will make sudden massive increase in profit when they no longer have to pay drivers which are a significant portion of the cost to transport goods. They will easily pass the burden of tariffs onto the American people, but will keep all the profit they save by not paying drivers. Do you really think they’re gonna cut costs and pass that onto the American people when they’re so used to already paying for that?
