I feel this :( I used to have a great memory, and I used to be able to learn fast and well. Then I started using AI, not much but for some tasks or homework, I got my first mobile phone (at 17), I started uni and now I feel less smart and I feel like I cannot concentrate. I have worse grades and when I have exams I put the 3-HOUR STUDY WITH ME and I sometimes find myself doing other things at just 15 minutes... :(
