Thank you Aaron Bastani for introducing Karen Hao. I'm just getting into the AI world, and am learning the downside of AI due to data centers; pollution, humungous fresh water usage, etc. When Karen stated data centers aren't necessary, then I thought, "Wow! Then data center investments must be a con game! Example: if I'm telling investors to invest millions, when it only costs $200, then I'll have forever money, forever!" Also, why won't the makers of AI use AI to solve these horrible problems? I asked chat gpt how to resolve these problems, and it gave me great answers.
