Nothing we have yet comes close to intelligence. To create something you need to understand it. And we don't understand how conciseness and intelligence is created or works because our understanding of human brain or any other brain in that aspect is very limited. Chat bots we have that people call AI are nothing more then huge databases of words and sentences connected by context and probability. We are who knows how far away from actual AI. Could be 2 years could be 1000. Nobody can predict when. But in my opinion we are as close to AI as we were 200 years ago imo.
