Phoning my ISP a A.I Bot always answers, it has never been a human on the end of the line, it has an American accent (weird as I live in the UK and the company I am phoning is based only in the UK) It starts off like thus "Hello, you are now connected to ???, please listen to the following options and press the responding key when you hear the option you wish to connect to and you'll be past on to a operative" After relaying the 8 options, I press my number / key and then another bot comes on telling me there maybe a 30 to 60 minute waiting time frame to connect.
So now on I just email them directly from my online account and they contact me almost within 24hrs.
