Her premise is that humans value humaneness over utility- history shows this is not true. ALL of our digital manifolds today are extremely inhumane, why not attack them first- have you actually used Teams on a daily basis? She's cherry-picking AI systems because they get views, but addressing AI will have ZERO impact on ergonomics, tactile expression, or 50 other characteristics of modern software UIs.
