in my opinion i don’t really think talent is what’s most important in art, really it’s the hard work put into it. i consider myself a beginner artist, honestly not as great as other people i’ve seen. most of the time i lose motivation/don’t have time, but do i ever give up because i think i’m not born with the talent? no. a lot of things have discouraged me, but i’d never resort to using ai. while i believe it can be used as a tool in other ways, it’s soulless and lazy when used for artwork. ai is not really a way to express what you’re feeling at all, mostly it creates a mindless combination of junk. it’s okay to start small with art, but at least it’s actually organic and truly can show what kind of feelings you’re trying to convey.
