Well i think most intelligent medial psycological knowing, know that chatgpt isnt meant to think for you, it's a helper so get database information. Our brain need to learn new things every day. Read, learn, workout, sleep, eat well, learn to solwe problems youreself maybe use chat to get an extra "voice" to get feedback, but you are the brainn not the chat.
