Raw LLM Responses

As a wheelchair user and an artist I find it absolutely disgusting for disabilities to used as excuse in any scenario. We want berries to be removed (example being if we do not have hands to draw with we want tools to draw with our mouth of feet, if we too tired or weak to draw for hours we just need more time). We do not want the art to be created for us and to be replaced with AI. If a designer describes the art to an artist the copyright is nit the designer's but the artist's who created it. So if you prompt you do not create art, as this is the same like searching on Google and when an image is found by you you then you would claim it is yours and your justification would be it took you hundreds of hours to find it on Google. I absolutely hate when disabled people are used as excuse, hate when able people speaking on our behalf just to win an argument and using our disability as a shield. I do not even tell people I have disability when showing my art as I do not want any preferential treatment. If I ever become so weak I won't be able to use my body to create art I will adapt so the art can be called mine, made by me, even it it would mean I will roll in paint. Many artist created their best artworks at the dawn of their life when they were frail and disabled. So as I said in my previous comment, do not steal apples from my garden and make a pie just to tell me you didn't stole my apples coz the pie doesn't look like my apples. AI can't exist without the data/my art and I heck no gave permission to use it. The only way I will accept AI if it is used as inspiration, not a direct copy or tracing but a reference to look at and transformed by the artist (not just prompted). I had similar arguments on Facebook trying to explain to people what transformative art is, but people took that altering AI images with another prompt is transformative art, nope it is not. AI image can only serve as reference/inspiration, not as base for an artwork. Same as any other references e.g, when I draw fabric I drape my curtains or hang a blanket on a chair to see how the light and shadow hits the fabric.This is what a reference /inspiration is. Trust me I had people taking designs and tweaking them slightly and calling it inspiration, I call it plagiarism, and yes it was in professional settings. So as much as I hate Disney for their Copyright extensions, I side with them and I hope they will wile the floor with AI slop in the courts.
