1. Why can’t law enforcement track the order page and find out where CartPanda deposits and distributes the money collected from victims who order this fraudulently advertised product?
2. Why can’t CartPanda, sales rep for the product, be forced to stop sales fraud?
3. Why can’t Dr. Sanjay Gupta (A) sue CartPanda and associated fraudulent operators; (B) serve desist orders on Cartpanda? (C) verify Gupta is not profiting from sales, even though he disavows involvement?
4. If this is truly fake AI fraud, why can’t operators be arrested or forced to stop?
