24:48 but China does not exist in isolation we all use Chinese tech all the time so if we aren’t going to completely reject Chinese tech the same risks AI poses in any western country that develops it further exists if China does the same thing only worse because China would be the only major power with it. Just like with Climate Change you can not get around China or really any non western power who for very good reason wouldn’t want to live by western rules.
