It means "This has zero soul or personality. It's clearly AI."
People don't hate on AI art because they're scared of the potential of AI. They hate on AI art because it's terrible art. The "product" may be "high quality," but if you think that "quality" is the fundamental point of art, then you're 1000% missing the point of art.
