I have a friend whos been painting since she was 5. Her art did not just start out perfect but she honed her amazing attention to detail and practiced so much that she has BECOME one of the most skilled artists ive ever seen. Her oil paintings of animals are so realistic now that you would truly think it was a photograph without looking so closely to see the hair-thin brush strokes. Im not glazing just because shes my friend. Now I myself have not practiced even an eighth as much as her so obviously our skill levels will not come close to matching but do I compare myself and get discouraged? NO! Do I use AI because I feel entitled to a skill without the hard work put into it? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Take the pity party somewhere else!
