I must say this feels more like a general rant on capitalism than self-driving cars in particular. Most of these arguments apply also to the current normal car companies if they got unlimited power. They sure would like to get rid of pedestrians and lock everyone into car subscriptions etc., but there's a reason we don't let them have that power and it shouldn't be any different with self driving car companies.
