When AI is in full force, there is another thing to wonder about, cars, less out of home jobs less traffic, eventually the US's vastly expansive highway infrastructure becomes useless. Its not just offices/factories that will be empty but roads, and after that cities. Since all those people who live in cities for work, will have far less reason to pay 3000$ to live in a shoe box.
