I never realised that AI programmes also confirm your opinions, rather than provide fact based on the data gathered. I naively only discovered this recently, when someone I know with a very different political lean asked a question on chat gpt and got an answer that didn't seem accurate to me. So I asked the same question on my chat gpt and was given a totally different answer! Mind blown. The scariest part was the language used in her answer was quite defamatory and rude about the politician. Whilst on mine, it was positive and kind toward them.
