I respect the ambition, BUT the assumption that a small team can manage a new species [something] smarter than the whole of humanity feels dangerously naive. Sam and his team are just guessing at best.... they could totally 'f' things up. The companies and individuals who control AI will have all the power and wealth. The concept of abundance for all is totally insane.
