When the talk is household robots comes up there are currently some products that automate certain things in the laundry cycle, steam shirts, fold clothes etc. For decades commercial laundries have used machines (robots) to automate the cycle, dirty items in one end, automatically going through each step to pressed and folded. Cruise ship laundries are the same. One giant robot machine. Households now can buy combined wash and dry machines. I"m not sure where it will go for households, smaller location. But someone could design a house size system that did the same as the industrial ones. And with added robotics, could even transfer those clothes to your wardrobe or dresser. Rosie the robot maid coming soon.
