The truth of the matter is, normies do love art (like movies, paintings, images, music etc.), but hate artists, so normies won't ever be by artists' side. And there should not be deal between creators/copyright holders and gen AI companies until the latter receives some form of punishment. I don't care how people involved in those companies will have to suffer as result ,since they don't care about anyone else, but once they do suffer and learn their lesson, then we can talk.
