From a personal perspective:
This video and the prior one feels conflicting, I strongly dislike that "A.I bros" are using disabled people for their argument as It's incredibly dehumanizing for those who are disabled artists being minimized to an image/text output generator or just a person "who can't do anything" when the vast proportion to the spectrum of disabled people can absolutely create art pieces.
From a humbling perspective:
While art is technically copyrighted(not true until in a court of law), "poisoning" A.I that generates images isn't right either, as it also undermines the work of the developers of said A.I and can potentially damage the future career of small business or people that need a tool to help their artwork. This is in itself cruelly apathetic.
As a beginner artist, I would also find it frustrating to see my work be scraped off by someone else without my permission, especially if it was for A.I purposes, but I can also see the beauty of A.I images as well, of course many if not the large portion of A.I images are decent, but some if not many are genuine masterpieces.
In a way, It's egocentric and ignorant to say "A.I artists" are "fake artists" when in reality, many don't just simply create an image and say they're an artist, many use it for re - editing a part of their work.
Art is subjectively good or bad, so the argument of "It's A.I art, it has quote on quote flaws so therefore A.I art is bad" breaks down pretty quickly, given that for one, not all A.I image generation has "flaws" and two, some A.I image generation looks human - made.
Here's my conclusion.
In my opinion, this is understandable, no matter who, nothing should be stolen regardless, and some if not all A.I image generators(if they are proven to steal images in a court of law) are breaking the law which gives anyone all the right to fight back against that through poisoning A.I art(if it doesn't disrupt the code, cause that would be a violation of computer law in itself).
But I also feel that minimizing A.I art isn't good for anyone either, it just promotes a toxicity train that has no room for discussion except for one blind perspective, that A.I art is "bad", when that's arguably not true and heavily egotistical, this can also manifest in to toxicity for heavy criticism over experienced artists for making an "error" in their art, which has happened many times before.
