I'm convinced he didn't go to school. This year, I've reviewed several programmers who initially sounded knowledgeable, but when I started digging deeper, it was clear they knew very little. These individuals seemed to be trying to slip through unnoticed. It's not like this was their first job; many were previously employed but left after just 6 to 12 months of prompting. We're living in challenging times - on one hand, AI is taking over jobs, and on the other, there are people who can only prompt without any real interest in understanding their field.
