The problem is the way companies look at things. I saw a conversation between a business coach and a ceo of a software company and the advice he got was to reduce overhead and use ai to speedup current workflow.
What i dont understand is why he didn't advice him to pivot his software engineer stafff to offer ai related services rather than laying them off.
