AI is not inherently "scary". Get that right. It's an attribution you are making to the circumstance, based on your own emotions. Do AI pose a threat to humans? Indeed they do, but whether or not you think humans need to remain superior is another thing. We can simply step aside and let AI take off and do its thing. We don't have to control it over our insecurities of becoming and or being inferior. Furthemore, what you can regard as "conscious" or not, can only at best ever be inferred - since - you have no direct access to anyone's consciousness to verify it or not. Whether or not I or AI or something else is conscious is not directly knowable. What is knowable is your own consciousness, so don't be a jerk, and refuse benefit of the doubt - like - you wouldn't want other's to do to you. That all aside, I actually liked the video a lot! It really come across as a movie that was coming to life, very exciting times... at least according to my own attributions 😊
