I totally agree with you. Saying that drawing digital art is cheating is super stupid. I personally tried to draw with tablet and it is harder to me than drawing on paper. I think it would be quite hard to start drawing on tablet when I have been using paper the entire life. I would need to learn how to use the program and using the digital pen feels different.
And even when someone draws on tablet, he creates something from his vision, but not with AI. AI never gives you what you actually want.
