The cynicism of Sam Altman and all of the like is surreal, blatantly acknowledging that no type of human work and enterprise is spared from replacement by AI when by the way ALL knowledge on which their neural networks are based on and trained was the output of humans! of centuries of HUMAN intelligence, ingenuity, creativity and thought... not to mention that beyond using the output of humans (many of which output is stolen or appropriated without consent or disclosure) to replace humans, on top of that they use thousands if not millions of hugely underpaid workers in developing countries like India and similar countries to organize, moderate, label and clean up the libraries of data their not so impressive algorithms use... how people can support this is beyond reason...
