In countries with high poverty there are often good quality tractors permanently parked because they are broken and they don't have the parts to fix them or fuel to run them or money to get the parts or fuel. Perhaps in the future AI will be the tractor that just sits there parked in a land of poverty while people go back to manual ways of getting stuff done.
