This what happened with Uber as well a while back. If the property is big and the building sit closer to the back boundary then the front, the map app will direct traffic to the road back of the intended address. Which in most cases would have no access to the intended address. If you have a live driver, he/she would figure it out and drive to the front instead. Also, the passenger could indicate the pin drop off instead of the address. This is more than 10 years ago, you would think Waymo would know that.
