Let's get all the confusion over with and have Congress pass a new set of laws will. Will call them AI controller rights laws instead of copyrights laws. And what they will do is say a person who is in control of a properly and legally used AI machine enjoys the full rights to anything created by the AI machine during that time period or during the specified time. The AI machine responds to that controllers input. The rights shall parallel and be equal to those of copyright and can be used in combination with copyright if portions of a final material are both a result of the controller using the AI output as well as their own personal human output which would be copyrighted thus the final product would be covered proportionally by copyright and proportionally by the new AI controller right law giving 100% control of the final product to the person.
That's how we solve this.
