When you *call in to make a payment,* they (AT&T/Verizon/TMobile) *recommend that you use the automated system* (a.i) but *if you need to speak to a person instead, that’s going to cost you $10* and that the waiting period is long which can be *up to an hour on hold.* Basically forcing you to use a.i. 😢 So if you speak to an actual person, you’re also paying them their hourly rate so the company doesn’t have to. With a.i, the company generates more money since there are no salaries or benefits to be paid out. Also no sick days, no breaks and can be used 24/07. They don’t need humans who can’t be worked like slaves. *All they have to do is buy the software and program it* to work for them. Corporate is giving themselves a raise and the C.E.O is buying a bigger yacht. 🍻
