For these Humanoids to be able to do a good job in any trade they have to have senses. As a Facilities Manager the best thing you have outside of knowledge of your building itself is knowing how it should sound, smell, look like, etc. That's one of your first indications something is wrong. If you sprinkler system goes down and there's a fire there better be someone there who smells the smoke, or see that leaking overhead pipe before it burst because waterhammering knocked loose the saddle from the clevis hanger which came loose also and the pipe was rubbing back and forth on a metal joist. Using AI for trades is all reactive which cost way more money than being proactive with PMs using humans. Also, I want to see AI find the insulation broken on a wire on an RTU that keeps shorting out the unit, or how long it will take them to realize the got a bad new part before they try another one.
