First, he should not have had a handgun. The United States has the highest firearm deaths in the world per capita by far because of lack of gun control. Second, he should not have been medicated for depression. Medications alter your thinking, and harm more than they help. I would sue the NRA, Republican legislators in the state who facilitated gun ownership, and the pharmaceutical company who distributed the medication- and only then OpenAI.
