Yet, like the ancients, we remain blind to the divine intent. We peer into our screens as if they were stained glass, catching glimpses of a future we cannot control, standing before a digital veil we lack the permission to lift. We worship the machine for its power, forgetting that a god defined by its inscrutability is a god that eventually demands a sacrifice we aren't yet prepared to name.
