1:25 I definitely think AI *can* be used that way. Simple text-to-image isn't even close to that lmao. In this case, the AI is the artist, and an artist isn't a tool (most aren't, at least). You wouldn't call yourself an artist for commissioning a lot of art and obsessively giving feedback until the final product is how you want it, and telling an AI to make art for you isn't any different. Although, I think it's completely valid to use an AI for something like creating more frames in an animation, given that it's using your artwork to base itself off of. Or any other task that requires more brute-force than creativity. In those cases, AI is a tool that doesn't inhibit or replace creativity. Even then, there's still the question of what other data the AI has been fed and relating copyright issues, so still not completely cut and dry.
