Did you know that professional writers tend to refuse reading your fan screenplays and novels for a reason? While yes, some of them are simply snobs, the much more serious reason is *because they can be sued if their future work resembles the work you had them read in any remotely discernible way.* Themes, story beats, character inspiration can all be sued over and has resulted in some hefty fees. Think like a much worse case of what happened to Olivia Rodrigo and the Taylor Swift lawsuit.
So….no. It may be common practice for human imagination to be remixing of your own lives experiences and inspiration of the work of others, but that doesn’t give AI originated art a magic shield from scrutiny or lawsuits
