My job can be replaced by AI and it is already being set up for it with the minimum effort reps are required to put in. Why pay someone $24hr with healthcare that sits on their phone for 8 hours when an AI can do it just as half-assed for less without needing to go through hell and back to fire poor performers. Not the future I wanna see, but it is inevitable. The easy office lazy jobs Gen X and Millennial got to enjoy will dwindle away and all that will be left is trades. I will be honest I am too lazy to work trades and is why I respect them. However, seeing a Gen A or late Gen Z having to actually so manually labor after being babied for so many years, yikes. Scary times ahead.
